Organization affiliation:: Partners with Haiti and Social Justice Ministry, St Pauls Catholic Church

Area of focus:: Promoting transformational travel to Haiti

Social Justice Ministry's current focus is "greening" our parish, addressing climate change as an issue of our faith. Educating our parish to see the current impact of our lifestyle/climate change/peak oil on our economically poor sisters and brothers, and the soon coming impacts on us middle class folks.

Mary Ann has written a paper on her 9 months of research on climate change and peak oil, with emphasis on things we can do to make a difference. She is hoping to bring this as a topic to the annual meeting.
